During the Halloween season, we cannot guarantee orders placed after Sunday October 16th will arrive by October 31st. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Orders will be delivered within 4 – 7 business days. Allow 1 business day for order processing and shipping confirmation, this processing time is not included in delivery times. If you have not received your order within 8 business days, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We cannot take responsibility for any unforeseen computer, internet failures or postal disruptions that are out of our control which may result in late shipment and late arrival of your product.
Please be sure to double-check your delivery address information. If you provide us with an incorrect address and your package is returned to us. You will be charged for the return postage and a 15% restocking fee.
Your invoice will be included with your package, unless otherwise requested.
Once we have processed your order, we will email you a tracking number with a link to the shipping company’s website by which you can follow the progress of your package. A signature will be required to accept the package.

Once your package has left our building and have been passed on the shipping company, the shipping company becomes liable for damages, loss or late delivery.
We ship using Canada Post. Shipping is available to most destinations within Canada and the United States. We do not ship internationally.
A Signature will be required when you receive the package.
In the event of any shipping delays, you will be notified by email.
